Refund Policy

Our commitment: We work hard to ensure every client is satisfied with our work. If you have concerns, we always try to resolve them through communication first.
1. Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required before work commences on any project. This deposit is:
- Non-refundable once work has begun, as it covers our time, resources, and opportunity cost.
- Refundable in full if we are unable to begin the project within the agreed timeline due to our fault.
- Refundable in full if we cancel the project before starting any work.
2. Project Cancellation by Client
If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun:
- The initial deposit is non-refundable.
- You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Any amount paid beyond the work completed will be refunded within 14 business days.
- All completed work up to the cancellation point will be delivered to you.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:
- We fail to deliver the agreed work within a reasonable timeframe (30+ days beyond agreed deadline) due to our fault.
- The delivered work materially fails to meet the agreed specifications and we are unable to remedy it after 3 revision attempts.
- We cancel the project due to circumstances on our end.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after work has commenced.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content delivery, delayed feedback).
- Dissatisfaction with design choices that were approved during the design phase.
- Completed and delivered projects where the work meets the agreed specifications.
- Third-party services or licenses purchased on your behalf.
- Ongoing monthly services already rendered (hosting, maintenance, SEO).
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at kravvnhq@gmail.com with your project details and reason for the request.
- We will review your request within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
6. Dispute Resolution
We always prefer to resolve issues through direct communication. Before initiating any formal dispute, please contact us directly — we are committed to finding a fair solution for all parties.
